Also kindness and compassion is needed. Wisdom and experience are also very defining factors in the role as leader. Also I am a very sociable guy so I think I can interact and work together with others at any given time. I think they're my specialty. Also it's what I have the most experience leading and what I enjoy most. [*]If you are given the job name how you plan on doing your tryouts,find your XO,apply punishment if needed and anything else you plan on doing. My XO is my right hand man (jacket I miss u) he or she is someone that I trust with my life enough to lead the battalion in my absence so it would be a rigorous and long process. Also tryouts will be a long and grueling test of skill intelligence and brotherhood. Punishment is absolute and disobedience to me is mutany and I have a zero tolerance on that. [/list]
