Yes, I'm wanting to go for shock but in all honesty I'm okay with having another chosen as I'm mainly applying to help the community[/b] [*][b]What does a Commander Mean to you ?(3-4 sentences)    A Commander is someone who not only knows the rules but has the ability to display them and enforce them to not only the Commanders regiment but other regiments. I believe a good commander can communicate with their troopers or soldiers and other soldiers. I also believe Commanders should be able to lead multiple battalions and set an example. A Commander to me is someone who is understanding of their position whilst not abusing their power or becoming greedy, this being the idea that they show troopers although they are higher they also are very friendly. this being bond building as a regiment that works well together is a regiment that will succeed I believe this is also the Commanders responsibility to keep a regiment in check and in line[/b] [*][b]Can you Lead another Battalion if Necessary and have you before?(1-2 sentences)    Yes i can lead another regiment, i have had to do this once before on ZGO servers as there had been an lack of Commanders. I had taken control of Shock 212th and Wolfpack. I had also taken control of these same regiments in the same server during a factory assault. [/b] [*][b]What Are the Skills are required to be a Commander?(3-4 sentences)    I believe the skills a commander should posses include the ability to communicate instructions to their squads or regiments and also have the ability to be active and have the ability to keep track of not only their regiment but also their role. I believe a Commander should be able to make tactical decisions and should be able to quickly judge a situation and output a method with the least amount of casualties compared to the highest effect. I believe a Commander should be able to contact other Commanders in a friendly manor and have the ability to lead a team both under stress and under supervision.[/b] [*][b]Can you work with multiple Commanders?Why or why not?(3-4 sentences)   Yes. I can work with other Commanders because at the end of the day we are all here to have fun and extend the lifeline of the server and the roleplay. I'm always open to suggestions and/or constructive criticism and i am happy to listen to all other commanders as they not only are leading their own regiments but they are also people i will be working with. To say a Commander cannot work with multiple other Commanders would show they cannot lead effectively as they are not able to adjust to working with multiple people. I will always keep in contact with other Commanders as a friend and as a fellow Commander. [/b] [*][b]Out of every single Server you could apply for why Radioactive networks?(3-4 sentences)   The main reason i would apply for Commander is not only the staff and community members i know on a personal level but the factor that i have not met a community like it. i have been in the community for a fairly long time now and i guess i want to try leading for a community i respect. i understand the corn in that statement but it is honestly the main reason i want to join as a Commander. i believe the community is better than others in not only experience but in communication. i see this community as fun lively and serious at the same time. i think this community has a balance that compared to others is not easily achievable. i see other communities that are doing well but as this community starts I see that this community will go far. [/b] [*][b]Out of all the battalions you could have picked why the one you are choosing?(3-4 sentences)    The main reason i wish to be Shock is because its a regiment i have been in multiple times and i have often joined. I see security as one of the most strict regiments to join and one of the most respected regiments. due to past experiences i often look for the security in servers as i normally see them as a figure to look up to. I also like Shock because of their main purpose. I love the idea of a security on a ship being respected in such a manor. There is the equipment that i love and i would be lying if i did not say i look forward to tazing those who do not follow rules. i chose Shock also due to their ability to detain and manage small situations and even large ones. [/b] [*][b]If you are given the job name how you plan on doing your tryouts,find your XO,apply punishment if needed and anything else you plan on doing.    To hold a tryout i would follow a simple step by step tryout. i would send my advert out about where and when they shall start. due to Shock needing to not only be on time but be able to know the map and where to go i would host it in either the brig or a hanger. I would make sure that anyone late will instantly be given a strike unless they tell me a valid reason. The valid reasons would be either real life reasons or due to another Commander speaking to them. i would hold the tryouts with a 2 strike rule. 2 strikes and they are out. they would have to run a lap or crouch walk a lap if they get the first strike. I would begin with faces. this being something that i find easy as it is near enough as easy as left is left and right is right. If they fail this simple section they would not be given a strike. they would be removed instantly. From there out depending on the numbers if there are 3+ i would tell them to pick a leader in the group of 3+. i would them give them 1 minute to agree and return. if they have not picked i would then make them all run a lap and discuss who is leading whilst they run. i would then use this leader to not only represent the team but be the lead of formations. if they fail simple formations such as single column they would be removed but if they forget a turn and salute on double column i may let them off with a strike. after formations and faces are completed i would move onto scenes. i would give them each an example situation and not have them answer verbally but literally act as if their leader is the suspect. this could be a simple detainment or even a rogue trooper. I would make sure that all Troopers are getting these scenes correct and then follow on to target practice and testing how they are able to react. if they cannot hit within 1 meter of the target even if it moves they shall be given a strike.selecting only 2 of however many troopers to join and the rest would be able to either prove to me they are better by completing more questions but by showing me in either combat or via natural effort in the next tryout. This is subject to change pending on the staff teams input. After this i would welcome them into shock training again and let them know that now they are in training and not tryout as they have passed. Training would consist of choosing a type of shock but also choosing if they are 100% sure this is what they want. I would make sure that the leader who was nominated before is given extra questions and i would explain in the start of the training that they may nominate someone else who will start one rank higher. this would only occur in the early stages of Shock as later on it would not exist.
